Shadow Executive is the first complete book of Executive Poetry: a story of responsibility without mandate, building order inside organizational chaos, and the cost of becoming essential to a system that keeps demanding more.

Across thirty-two poems, an executive enters a system and gradually becomes responsible for holding it together.

Responsibility grows faster than mandate. The role has no name. The work still has to be done.

The narrator does not stand outside the machine in protest. The narrator works within it, builds it, sustains it, and exercises power through execution. As responsibility expands, so do pressure, exposure, overload, and the human cost.

Shadow Executive is poetic fiction shaped from lived executive and organizational experience, transformed through metaphor, compression, composite construction, and fictionalization.
