1. Information processed when you visit the website
When you visit Executive Poetry, technical information may be processed by the infrastructure used to deliver, secure, and maintain the website.
This information may include:

- referring page, where available;
- other technical information necessary to process the request.
This information may be processed to deliver website content, maintain security, detect abuse, diagnose technical problems, and keep the website operational.

2. Information processed when you contact us
The Contact page uses a standard email link. Executive Poetry does not currently use a contact form and does not store contact messages in the WordPress database before they are sent.

- the content of your message;
- attachments;
- subsequent correspondence.
This information is used to respond to you, manage the correspondence, and deal with the request, proposal, or question you submitted.

3. Analytics, advertising and cookies
Executive Poetry does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, behavioural advertising, or similar visitor-tracking tools.
The website does not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or behavioural analytics and is not intended to place non-essential tracking technologies on visitors’ devices.
For this reason, Executive Poetry does not currently display a consent banner for non-essential cookies.
This position will be reviewed before any analytics, advertising, embedded tracking services, or other non-essential technologies are introduced.
4. Service providers and recipients
Executive Poetry uses Hostinger infrastructure for hosting, CDN services, and email.
In providing these services, Hostinger may process technical and communication data on behalf of the data controller and may use subprocessors in accordance with its applicable contractual and data-processing arrangements.
Personal data may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
5. International processing
Service providers and their subprocessors may process data through infrastructure located in different jurisdictions.
Where GDPR imposes requirements on such transfers, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable law and the relevant provider’s data-processing arrangements.
No statement is made here that data remain within any particular country or region.
6. How long information is kept
Technical server and security logs are retained according to the configuration and retention rules of the infrastructure provider. Hostinger’s hPanel makes access-log and analytics data available for periods of up to seven days. Hostinger may retain other infrastructure or security records for longer periods under its applicable legal, security, and operational requirements.
Email correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which the correspondence took place.
Information may be retained for longer where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, and subject to the conditions applying to a particular request, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- request data portability where the conditions for that right apply;
- lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
These rights are not absolute. Their application depends on the type of processing, its legal basis, and the circumstances of the request.
